1. Exfoliate in the shower
Massage the Nourishing Body Scrub onto damp skin using circular motions. Focus on dry areas like elbows, knees, and arms. Rinse thoroughly.

2. Apply the Body Oil
After showering, apply the Luminous Touch Body Oil to slightly damp skin. Massage in until fully absorbed. Use daily or as needed for long-lasting hydration and glow.
