Shipping policy

We currently ship orders from Munich, Germany, and are pleased to serve customers across the European Union and select international locations including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Switzerland.

Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received
• Orders placed on weekends (except Saturdays after 12 PM) will begin processing the next business day
• During product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped

• Free shipping for orders of €60 and above

• €7.50 shipping fee for orders below €60
• Free shipping for orders of €60 and above
• Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

United States

  • Express shipping only

  • Free express shipping on orders over $140 USD

Australia

  • Free standard shipping on orders over AU$100

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs clearance, or local service interruptions.

Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
If you have not received your tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us at info@islamare.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders placed outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
IslaMaré is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Delivery Issues or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please first contact your local postal provider with the tracking number.
If they are unable to assist, email us at info@islamare.com and we will help investigate.
Please note: IslaMaré is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. If your country is not listed as an available destination at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there.
This may be due to shipping limitations, local import restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
