IslaMaré operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). IslaMaré is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy describe your rights and obligations when using our Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only once payment has been processed and we send an order confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are handed to the carrier. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

IslaMaré is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and IslaMaré. Shopify is not liable for any product or service issues.

By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant IslaMaré a royalty-free licence to use them. You confirm you own the rights to such content.

From time to time, IslaMaré may offer promotional gifts, free shipping, or discounts with qualifying purchases. These offers are subject to availability and valid only during the promotional period or while supplies last.

IslaMaré reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
